Who I am?

My name is Mimi. I am at about the middle golden ages. In last year I consider myself the citizen of the Planet Earth because it happened that last years I had to live in three different countries in Europe at the same time. Last 10 years a travelled a lot around Europe and I saw and touched many different cultures and nations. And if nothing else this makes me to feel very rich in some senses.

I have Master’s degree of Economics and the second one of Teacher’s Certificate. I am speaking and using four languages - Bulgarian - the native one, English, Italian and Russian. First I was working as a Financial Manager in a private company in my native country Bulgaria. Now I am happily married with Gianpaolo and take care of our small boy. Now Italy is my second country. If I can find some free time I prefer to go fishing in the lake or in the see, it doesn’t matter. It is something I cannot feel bored to do if I am fishing from the early morning to the late night and day after the day. When the whether is very good I prefer to go and relax in Alps nearby us, there are so many beautiful places here. The National Park Gran Paradiso in the Italian part of the Alps is My Favourite place in the Planet Earth! The view from the Belvedere del Nivolet is my preferred place there!

During the years I tried and I was working and used lots of different software. I am in Internet almost at the beginning it started in my native country Bulgaria. A day in 2000 my husband made The World of Mimi - Friendship Overland! and give it to me like a surprise for getting marry me. Later I learn how to work and update my web site. Now I am who is working on it. I have lots of ideas for my web site but I am afraid that the time will not be enough to do all I wish. All the same I am trying to do as much best of me as I can.

In 2007 I registered myself in Panoramio. Then I started to put my pictures also there, first from my native country Bulgaria. Now I am also one of the moderators in Panoramio’s Forum. During last year in my initiative we made some meetings in Bulgaria with the Bulgarian Users of Panoramio. I met there and I continuing to meet many interesting people who have the same mission as me - to present Bulgaria in the world! But Panoramio is not closed only for one country. In Panoramio you can meet nice, good and interesting people all over the world and now I have much more friends all over the world. Thanks to all my friends in Panoramio I saw many interesting, new and unknown for me place, I read lots of interesting information there about these wonderful places and if I am not able in one life to see all these beautiful places at least I know that a day I touched these places thanks my friends and Panoramio!

In The World of Mimi - Friendship Overland! and in Panoramio I am presenting pictures from my native country Bulgaria, my second country Italy and from all Europe and places I was. Recently usually I try to put some information about places you see in my photos. I will be extremely happy if I will help lots of people over the world to know and see what alike my native country Bulgaria is because I see that there are many people who doesn’t know anything about Bulgaria!

Years ago some friends of mine asked me why I don’t start to write about my travels in Europe. There are many interesting things that could be written. But I always was not able to find a time to do this. Maybe I day I will find a time to recount also about my travels.

Recently after some important meetings in my life I decided that I should open this My Blog and to tell you “The Real Story of Three Victories!” Everyone should try to do at least one important and significant thing in the life and I would not forgive myself if I don’t do this! There is something it should be done and I promised that I will try to help for this via My New Blog!
